Within the framework of the platform, it is planned to collect data from Technology Transfer Centers (CTTs) of leading Polish technical universities to create a useful search tool for any business entity. Through very good cooperation between CTTs across the country, the project team will make an inventory of scientific achievements of Polish universities. This will make it possible to search for research services performed in the laboratories of Polish universities and those of research institutes, search for research teams with sought-after competencies and achievements (patents, utility models, implementations), organizing internships and placements for students and employees and conducting so-called implementation doctorates.
Collecting and sharing this information on the Science4Society (Science for Society) cooperation platform will enable easy access to developed technologies, finding teams of experts in specific fields, search for research services in laboratories of Polish universities, Łukasiewicz Research Network, and in research and development units (R&DUs).
The value of the collected information presented in the information system will facilitate the building of research teams, scientific and industrial consortia, and gaining access to targeted knowledge and technologies. The Science4Society platform will be a supporting tool when applying to the new framework program for research and innovation - Horizon Europe.
